Shipping
SATTVE currently delivers within Hungary.
Delivery is carried out by Express One, Magyar Posta / MPL or DPD.

Free shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over 18,000 HUF for packages between 0–5 kg.
For packages over 5 kg, the shipping fee is calculated according to the weight category above.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
During public holidays, peak periods or logistics delays, delivery may take longer.
Tracking
If tracking is available for the order, the tracking information will be sent by email.
Damaged or incomplete parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, or if any item is missing from the order, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the parcel or damaged product.
Payment
Online card payment
You can pay securely online by bank card. Accepted cards and digital wallet payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
SATTVE does not store full card details.
Cash on delivery
You can also pay by cash on delivery when receiving the parcel.
Cash on delivery fee: +490 HUF.
Depending on the courier service, payment on delivery may be available by cash or bank card.
PayPal
PayPal payment is currently not available in the SATTVE online store.
